Katy & Jason had a beautifully intimate wedding in Charleston at the Hotel Emeline, with a love so genuine and joyful everyone could feel it. Their family and friends came from around the US, as Katy and her kids were coming from NY, and Jason and his were coming from Alaska. Their wedding was a beautiful celebration of the union of lives and the importance of family. The wedding day was low-key, impactfully minimal, and incredibly chic. 

The girls got ready at Emeline while the men got ready at the Ryder Hotel. The guys then went and had drinks at Doar Bros Cocktail Lounge to share a special meal before the rest of the day really started. Their guests were welcomed to the ceremony with champagne from Frannie & the Fox. After the ceremony, Katy & Jason took portraits around downtown Charleston, visiting the cobblestone streets like Chalmers Street, St. Phillips Church, and White Point Garden.

They wanted their reception to feel like a big family meal while hearing words from their loved ones throughout. Katy made a second entrance to the reception with a dress change, and then they celebrated with a champagne pour to 911 by Teddy Swims. They then danced the night away and celebrated their marriage under the stars!
