Our Wedding Management & Design (Partial Planning) package is for the couple who desires more assistance throughout their planning process to ensure a cohesive design.
Our Wedding Management (Coordination) package is perfect for the couple that has taken the lead in planning and feels confident in planning the majority of the details.
Our coordination package begins 8 weeks out from your wedding day to tie together all the details and connect with all of the vendors you have booked to ensure everyone is on the same page. Some of the biggest stresses of wedding planning come in the last 2 months before the wedding as it may feel like the event isn't cohesive or you wonder if you have thought of all of the details. Our experience and expertise allows us to look over your contracts for any red flags, to listen to what you have planned, and to ask all of the questions that you have or haven't thought of. Allowing us to take care of the final details bridges a seamless transition to the wedding day and a stress-free event!
Investment begins at $2,500
This package is perfect for the couple looking to divide & conquer! Our team will handle all details related to design along with everything in the event management package. We will create your personalized mood board and tackle everything to make the vision come to life. You will be procuring all of your vendors outside of design, and once they are contracted we will handle all of the communication with them. Please reach out to us after your venue & date are already booked unless you would like to add on venue serarching.

This is perfect whether you don't have the time to devote to wedding planning or want us to handle the details for you. We will handle all design aspects of the wedding, along with procuring all of your vendors. After hearing what you are looking for and using your budget, we will present you a list of available vendors and we will aid in finding your dream wedding team.

After we let you know that we're available, we'll schedule a video call to get to know each other better and for us to explain our packages in more depth and answer any questions you have.
After our consultation call, we'll send you a proposal and contract for your review. You can then sign, pay the deposit, and make it official! After signing on, will send you a welcome packet, set you up with your planning portal, and schedule our Kick-off Call!
If you booked us for coordination, you can continue planning and we'll start our meetings 2 months before the wedding! If you booked us for management + design or full planning, we will continue on planning your beautiful day!

Our planning process begins as soon as you inquire! We'll get back to you within 24 hours to schedule a Meet & Greet so we can hear about all of the details of your wedding day!
After the call, we'll send you a personalized proposal and contract to sign. After signing, you will fill out our Intake Questionnaire for us to get to know you and your planning style better. We'll set you up with a planning portal and checklist and will give you a welcome package detailing our office information, your meeting breakdown, and other important resources. At this time we will also schedule our Kick-off Call to go over what planning will look like and hear all of your wedding details. After the first call, the steps will depend on your package!
Wedding Management Package - We are available to answer any questions along the way via email, but we will step in and begin our meetings 6-8 weeks out from the wedding.
Management & Design AND Full Planning Packages - After our kick-off call we start the design process and focus on booking your dream team of vendors!
While we do require that you book all professional vendors and don't have any DIY elements (other than small signs and details), we do not require a minimum budget. To get the most out of our services for Event Management & Design and Full Planning, we recommend that you have an overall wedding budget of $500+ per guest. (Ex: If you have 100 people at your wedding, we recommend you have an overall wedding budget of $50,000+). This ensures we can book awesome vendors that will bring to life our ideas and ensure you are properly allocating your funds! We would be happy to talk through your budget and see which service makes the most sense.
Out of those options, we only offer wedding management (sort of like month-of coordination), as we want to be best prepared to show up on your day knowing all vendors, times, and details. We see this best done by having a multiple meetings together before the wedding and having a site visit so we feel confident knowing exactly what you want and envision for your wedding day! Therefore, we call this wedding management.
Our email is open and ready for any questions and advice you may have beforehand, but we take over 2 months before your wedding to tie up all of the details!
Absolutely! We want to be involved in your rehearsal and will run that for you along with the pastor or officiant you have.
As we live in DC, we primarily serve the DC metro area and the DMV. We do offer zero travel fees to couples getting married in Charleston or Lancaster, PA! There are small fees for weddings over 60 miles out of DC.
As we began our business in Charleston, SC, we LOVE the opportunity to go back and coordinate weddings there. As we are familiar with the area, venues, and vendors, we offer ZERO travel fees for weddings in Charleston
YES! Most venues come with a coordinator who manages the venue, which is very important. They are a great liaison on the wedding day to ensure the venue is clean, communicate with the chefs if food is served in-house, and much more. I will step in to coordinate with your vendors prior to the wedding, oversee setup and setup your personal belongings, and make sure you both are able to enjoy your wedding day.
