Anna and Danny tied the knot at Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, Virginia, in June 2026. While their story started at PJ Skidoos, it later took them to Ireland in 2024, where Danny proposed on a trip with both their families.
Their wedding was the perfect mix of country club chic and classic elegance. Anna chose a soft palette of blues and pinks that felt romantic, timeless, and perfect for summer. One of our favorite design elements was their custom wedding crest, created by Danny’s sister. It appeared throughout the day and even became the centerpiece of their custom dance floor wrap!
Their decor included custom golf flag drink stirrers, cocktail napkins, and koozies. During the reception, the couple got to sneak away for some special portraits on the golf court with their custom flag!
Anna wore the timeless wedding dress “Burke” from Anne Barge, bought from Love Couture Bridal.
The dance floor was one of the biggest priorities for the couple, and Zandi Entertainment brought the music and lighting to keep the party going!
As beautiful as the details were, the people made this wedding even more special. I had the privilege of planning and designing Anna and Danny’s wedding through Peña & Co. for almost two years. Along the way, Anna and her mom began to feel more like sisters than clients. They were kind, supportive, and such a joy to spend the wedding weekend with!
It is always bittersweet when such a long and sweet planning season comes to an end. However, I could not be happier for the Rileys as they begin this next chapter together!
